• Email address — when you join the waitlist, ask to be notified about a drop, or contact us.
• Solana wallet address (optional) — only if you choose to provide it, to check eligibility for a potential $MERCH airdrop or holder benefits.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g. IP, timestamp) generated by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Our optional "try-on" tool lets you upload a photo of yourself to preview a garment using a third-party AI image provider. If you use it:

• You must be 18 or older and upload only a photo of yourself.
• Your photo is sent to our AI provider solely to generate the preview image, then discarded — we do not store your uploaded photo or build a profile from it.
• We do not use your photo for facial recognition, identity verification, or advertising.
• Any image you choose to share publicly (e.g. on X) is then governed by that platform's terms and your own post.

To operate the waitlist, notify you when a drop you asked about opens, assess airdrop or holder eligibility, prevent abuse, and respond to your messages. We rely on your consent (which you give by submitting a form) and our legitimate interest in running and securing the service.

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (database and hosting) under their security controls. We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the site, or where required by law.

We keep waitlist and notify data until you ask us to remove it or until it is no longer needed for the purpose above.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing privacy@merchfi.xyz. We will action reasonable requests promptly.

We may update this policy as the project evolves; the current version is always the one published here.
