Shipping & Returns

Each collection opens for a limited drop window. Pieces are made to order: we collect the orders during the window, then produce the batch. This keeps drops limited and quality high, with no mass overproduction.

Production starts after a drop closes. Estimated delivery is typically 3–5 weeks from the close of the drop, depending on the item and your location. These are honest estimates, not guarantees; we will keep you updated by email.

Shipping is available worldwide with tracked delivery where possible.

We work with selected premium manufacturing and fulfilment partners. Specific production and logistics partners will be disclosed in due course as collections move from pre-order to production.

Because items are produced specifically for your order, made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. We stand fully behind our quality: if your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact support@merchfi.xyz and we will replace it or make it right.
