These terms govern your use of merchfi.xyz and any order placed through it. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Who we are
The site is operated by MerchFi Ltd., an International Business Company (IBC) incorporated in Republic of Seychelles (Reg. No. 248194). "We", "us" and "MerchFi" refer to MerchFi Ltd.
2. Community-inspired products
Our collections are limited, community-inspired concepts. Unless an official partnership is explicitly stated on a collection, products are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any token, protocol, brand, company or project, and any third-party name is used for cultural reference only.
3. Pre-order & made-to-order model
Items are made to order. Orders are collected during a limited drop window and produced afterwards. Estimated shipping is typically 3–5 weeks after a drop closes; estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.
During the current pre-launch phase, the site is a preview: no checkout is active and no payment is taken. Pricing, sizes, quantities and drop dates are indicative and may change before a drop opens.
4. Payments (when checkout opens)
When checkout opens, payments are processed in supported crypto assets via a third-party payment provider. Holder discounts (for example, paying in $MERCH or in a collection's own token) apply as described on the relevant pages. You are responsible for network fees and for sending the correct asset to the correct address.
5. $MERCH token
$MERCH is a utility and community token used for discounts, access and votes within MerchFi. It is not an investment, security, or a claim on revenue, dividends or profit. Buyback & burn mechanics described on the site are discretionary brand mechanics, not a promise of value or return.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false or abusive data through our forms, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MerchFi Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms as the project evolves; the current version is always the one published here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.
